Demand Driven MRP and Replenishment+®

Companies around the world have adopted the Demand Driven MRP methodology and experienced substantial improvements in customer service, reduced lead times and lower inventories. Demand Driven MRP was introduced to the market by Chad Smith and Carol Ptak, in 2011 with the publication of Orlicky’s Material Requirements Planning, 3rd revised edition. Chad and Carol have since published Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (Ptak and Smith, Industrial Press, 2016) focused entirely on the methodology.

DD Tech is pleased to have Chad Smith as our guest speaker for this webinar. Chad will present an overview of the methodology and will highlight recent implementations.

Following Chad’s presentation, DD Tech will present a demonstration of Replenishment+® – the market’s most widely deployed DDMRP solution. We’ll also discuss our unique Simulation and Opportunity Snapshot analysis offers which can help you and your firm get a preview of the impact that DDMRP tactics can have on your business.
