Flow Simulation Game: January

By Megan Cirocco

Join us on January 12 from 9 AM EST to 12 PM EST for the Flow Simulation Game, an online, interactive and educational workshop based off of the classic supply chain “beer game”, used to demonstrate the power of Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP).

This 3 hour course comprises of a complete overview of the demand driven material requirements planning methodology followed by two simulations: One on an MRP II model and the other using the DDMRP methodology. During both simulations, each player will be assigned a supply chain role of either: Manufacturer, Distributor, Wholesaler, or Retailer. You will be responsible for managing your inventory, shipping orders to customers, and sending and receiving orders to your suppliers.
