How Will The Flow Simulation Game Work?
We will run two simulations: One on an MRP II model and the other using the DDMRP methodology. During both simulations, each player will be assigned a supply chain role of either: Manufacturer, Distributor, Wholesaler, or Retailer. You will be responsible for managing your inventory, shipping orders to customers, and sending and receiving orders to your suppliers. When you log into the meeting, you will be provided a link and login information to access the simulations. We recommend that you use the Chrome browser for the best playing experience.
