Le groupe Straumann a choisi Replenishment+® de Demand Driven Technologies et l’a d’abord déployé dans son usine française d’Anthogyr. Au bout d’un an, les résultats ont été si convaincants que le groupe a décidé de se lancer dans une transformation Demand Driven à l’échelle du groupe. En 2020, Replenishment+® a été mis en place dans l’usine principale en Suisse. D’autres sites de fabrication et de distribution suivront en 2021. La mise en œuvre des concepts DDMRP au sein de la solution, y compris le positionnement de la mémoire tampon, le dimensionnement, le filtrage du signal de demande, les processus de planification et d’exécution, l’amélioration des informations bidirectionnelles et du flux de matériaux, a permis au groupe Straumann de se mettre rapidement au travail :
