They have a professional group that develops from the design to manufacturing of all their systems. The corporation is present in more than fifty countries and has eight productive and commercial subsidiaries. Abroad it relies on its own delegations in Mexico, United Kingdom, Romania, Peru, Uruguay, and the Dominican Republic. Within their customers, you can find large commercial retailers such as Carrefour, Eroski, Dia o Leclerc, even airports, including the Heathrow, Manchester, Guayaquil, and Lisboa airports. Another business niche are the hotels, having worked for Westin Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, NH, RIU or Marriot.
Erreka managed procurement with Excel spreadsheets, and lacked a weekly review. There was no management system to be altered for open orders. From a production standpoint, they were missing OF’s management.

Erreka was able to automate the planning process for purchase orders with a daily review frequency. They implemented a daily management system for the sales orders and open purchase orders and implemented a purchase order management system.
The results of the implementation of Replenishment+ have improved the level of service with an increase in billing of 19%. On the qualitative side DDMRP has provided simplicity, ease and scalability when it’s time to manage large amounts of references, around 8000.
