Ivan leads the Operations practice for PwC Italy. He has almost 20 years of consulting experience in numerous Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering fields: Supply Chain (re-)Design, Production Planning and Control, New Products Introduction Planning, World Class Production Systems Implementation, Lean Manufacturing, Work Standardization, Resource Management, Industrial Cost Control and Company-wide Turnaround Programs. Ivan has a Degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) combined with APICS CPIM, CSCP and SCOR-P certifications. As a certified instructor in the disciplines of Supply Chain (APICS and DDI), Industrial Engineering and Project Management, Ivan has contributed to the development of hundreds of Operations Professionals in multiple industries, complementing educational activities with implementation support (process redesign, change management, technological enablement and shopfloor execution).

Christoph Lenhartz (MBA, Jonah, TOCICO-certified, Certified Consultant (bdvb), CDDP) is Founding Partner of Catena Strategies is, a leading expert in project, operations, and supply chain consulting based on sound and proven methodologies. In over 20 years he has acquired a wide-ranging, international experience in industry, as a successful entrepreneur and also a leader of management consulting teams in high complexity TOC implementations. He has lead strategic, business transformation, supply chain management and IT projects and his expertise also includes post-merger integration of supply chain operations for major international groups.

Manuel is at Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid (Spain) as a Visiting Professor. He is an Endorsed CDDP Instuctor and is currently a Cofounder and Managing Partner of CMG Consultores, a company specialized in the implementation of TOC and DDMRP and the Demand Driven Institute Affiliate in Spain. CMG Consultores is the leader in Europe in Critical Chain Implementations with more than 60 successful implementations, and the pioneer in DDMRP Implementations in Europe. Clients include: CIE AUTOMOTIVE, TELEVES, ANAV, ABB, INDRA, IBERIA MANTENIMIENTO, ITP, TUBACEX, and MONDRAGON CORPORACION.Manuel is Industrial Engineer graduated (Industrial Organization specialized) from Universidad de Vigo (Spain). He has a postgraduate in Logistics (Spanish Center of Logistics) at Colegio de Ingenieros Industriales de Vigo. He was instructed in T.O.C. (Theory of Constraints) at the Avraham Y. Goldratt Institute Academy (New Haven, CT, USA).

Ken is an APICS Master Instructor for the CPIM, CSCP, CLTD as well as for the APICS Instructor Development Programs: Train-the-Trainer and Learning Dynamics for Instructors. In addition, he has obtained his SCOR-P qualification from the Supply Chain Council as well as the CPF certification from the Institute of Business Forecasting, the PLS qualification from ASTL, the CS&OP certification and more recently CDDP, CDDL, DDPP. DDLP and DDFP from the DDI.

Colin is engaged in his fifth career as a full-time Supply Chain educator and consultant, having had previous careers in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Nuclear Engineering and Operations Management.  He served as a director of APICS from 2013-2015 and as a director of its South African partner, SAPICS from 2010-2012 and 2016-2019.   He is an APICS accredited instructor for CSCP, CPIM, CLTD and others. Colin is also is an experienced Conference presenter, having appeared 7 times at the annual SAPICS Conferences in South Africa. In 2010 and 2016 he was invited to speak at the APICS conferences in the USA, in 2011 and 2017 at the SMART Conferences in Australia and in 2011 at the Supply Chain World South-East Asia Conference in Singapore.

Dr. JungSook Lee has extensive experience in IT Programming, ERP consulting and Theory of Constraints implementation in Korean industry. Clients include LG Group, Amore Pacific, etc. She has been an adjunct professor at Seoul National University of Science and Technology for 6 years Her doctorate was achieved through the performance evaluation of MRP and DDMRP and is excited to spread the DDMRP way in Korea. She has translated numerous books into Korean including: Necessary But not Sufficient, Critical Chain, Lean Project Leadership and Orlicky’s Material Requirements Planning 3rd Edition.

KyungHyun Kim is president of TOC VISION. Professor at Ajou University, Director of Korea SCM Society, and Vice President of TOC Korea. Currently, He is focusing on DDMRP consulting business. He translated the books Demand Driven Performance, ORLICKY’S MRP 3/E.

Ho-yeon Shin is a director of TOC VISION and director of TOC Korea Association. He has experienced a number of areas including manufacturing, IT, SCM and Six Sigma for 27 years at Samsung Electro-Mechanics. He was also responsible for projects such as CCCM and DDMRP that were carried out in-house. Recently Hoyeon has been focusing on helping clients to significantly improve with Demand Driven Solutions.

Mr. Soo has more than 28 years’ experience in strategic improvement initiatives, ERP revitalization and supply chain management by integrating TOC, Lean, Six Sigma, SCOR modeling and Change Management. He has served a range of small to large-sized enterprises. A mix of his strong soft skills and technical knowledge in delivering the project is one of the critical success factors in achieving tangible and measurable result for the enterprises. In addition, he is integrating a variety of methodologies in change process for people, system and technology. He is specialized in the scientific approaches of classification, correlation and cause-and-effect, which can help people to think more logically in understanding the core problem.
