I first learned about DD Tech through a recruiter on Linkedin
How do you balance your career at Demand Driven Technologies and family?
I think working a hybrid schedule really helps balance career and personal life. The ability to set up my schedule to get a lot of the administrative work and prospecting done the two days in the office and then being able to schedule sales calls, presentations and of course personal appointments the other days makes life so much easier.
How has Demand Driven Technologies helped you in your career development?
Coming from a more logistics sales background I did not completely know what to expect moving over to a software company, but the training and knowledge I have received from my co-workers has been instrumental in my growth as a salesperson. Working with people from all different types of career backgrounds and experience levels has helped me become a better problem-solver and makes me think about solutions in a completely different way.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
My hobbies outside of work include coaching High School Lacrosse, watching sports, specifically the World Champion Atlanta Braves, The Baltimore Ravens and all South Carolina Gamecock teams and of course hanging out with friends and family.
