How did you first learn about Demand Driven Technologies?

I learned about DDTech from Danny Mashburn reaching out to me about a job opening he had.

How do you balance your career at DDTech and family?

The hybrid work schedule we currently have at DDTech makes it very easy to balance between work and family and was a big factor in my decision to begin working at DDTech.

How has DDTech helped you in your career development?

I actually come from a manufacturing design and mechanical engineering background, so I plan to develop a new set of skills working at DDTech—those of a software developer.

Do you have a favorite quote?

Find a way to succeed, not an excuse to fail.

Where is your hometown?

I grew up in Waleska, GA.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Most of my free time outside of work is spent playing with my 2 young children—6 and 7 years old. I also enjoy outdoor activities—biking, hiking, swimming—and my family typically spends a lot of time at my parents’ house on Lake Arrowhead.
