How did you first learn about Demand Driven Technologies?
A recruiter actually reached out to me, and when I heard about DD Tech’s mission it really resonated with me. I came from the ERP world, so I was familiar with the supply chain challenges companies face. It was really exciting to discover a company like DD Tech that is helping to tangibly improve the supply chains of some of the largest brands in the world.
How do you balance your career at Demand Driven Technologies and family?
The hybrid work model, plus flexibility to work from home when needed makes it easy to keep a healthy work/life balance. Plus, I don’t have any children, so that gives me plenty of free time.
How has Demand Driven Technologies helped you in your career development?
The amazing team has taught me so much about supply chain management allowing me to obtain professional certifications, present with industry groups, and network with industry leaders. Working in a small company allows many opportunities to gain exposure to other parts of the business not directly related to my role.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Outside of the office you’ll find me exercising, spending weekends on the golf course, and exploring the amazing dining options that Atlanta has to offer.
